FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS
No caregiver is 100% sure they’re doing it right 100% of the time.
(Isn’t it a relief just to hear that?)
Enlisting outside support with parenting and caregiving doesn’t mean you’re “not doing it right” — it means you’re doing everything possible to give your children a fulfilling life.

What does parent & caregiver coaching look like?
the procesS
We’ll get to know each other and talk about your goals and concerns — and I’ll ask a lot of questions!
Together, we develop workable strategies based on your needs, lifestyle, and resources.
You test out the tools we’ve developed in real life, keeping in mind that this process takes time and ongoing adaptation.
We regroup, discuss, make adjustments to the plan, and keep adapting as your child(ren) and family changes.
Basic guidelines
This work takes time. I require a minimum of 3 sessions so I can help you move toward lasting change.
There is no ONE answer or single magic solution; I ask that you keep an open mind and engage with curiosity and self-compassion as we discover what works for you and your family.
It’s a process: We talk, you test, we refine.
